B Monster

I've found a HUGE source of B vites. Odwalla makes a blueberry B Monster drink, and half the bottle has 360%RDV of B12, B6, Riboflavin, and Thiamine, and 60%RDV Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. (Actually sounds a lot like what I feed my bacteria!)

Not to mention that it is EXTREMELY tasty. It's great as a drink, but I'm planning to try it mixed in with some oatmeal. (It's thick and "creamy" texture, and very fruity.)
