they are choclately and crunchy and yummy.
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. olive oil
2 T. molasses or maple syrup
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1 t. baking soda
combine the first 3 ingredients. then mix the next 3. then but the dry into the sugar mixture.
add just enough soy milk to bring it all together.
bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
