I was looking for Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup but all i Could find was Creamy Portabello Mushroom soup by Imagine. I found it at the grocery store surprisingly enough.
Anyways, it wasn't as creamy as the box said so I blended an entire portabello mushroom in with about a cans measurement of the soup. After that i put it on the stove for about 10 minutes until it was nice and thick.
Mixed with three cans of green beans and one can of artichoke hearts (they were quarted but i cut them into quarters AGAIN). Also mix some of those crispy onion things and bake for about 30 minutes at 350F(taken from another recipe) put more crispy things on top and bake for about 5 more minutes.
It came out really good, my unvegan dad licked the plate.
