Seitan update

So, we served the seitan today that I made yesterday. After removing all the starch and bran, we made it into loaves and wrapped them up in cheese cloth. We left the loaves simmering all night. This morning, we sliced them up and they looked very turkey-like. It was really really delicious. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Simmering it all night definitely worked really well.

Note: Those slices are covered in a savory mushroom gravy, which I did not make therefore have no idea what it's made of. But damn, it was good.
