OK everyone - a real quick question.
I'm sure people have asked this before but- I'm in a bind. Someone wants lemon bars- tonight, and i dont have an egg replacer. What would be a good egg subsitute for lemon bars? I'm limited on my resources;
I have corn starch, apple sauce, veganaise?, soy flour . . . oh and of course soy milk and soy butter.
Please help.
