HELLO, ima new memebr here, my name is Kate, and i thought for my first post i would share a dessert i give out for the holidays

Mexican Chocolate Chip Cookies!

this makes about 30 cookies!

1 cup margarine
1 cup light brown sugar
egg repalcer equivalent to 2 lardge eggs (i use enger G egg replacer)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnomin
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper(not freshly ground!) thats way too strong
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

* beat sugar and soft margarine together, then add egg replacer and vanilla, mix till smooth, slowly sift flour/powder/and soda over the mixture and work in till a dough.then add chips, refridgerate 1 hr.
preheat over 350 degrees. place on cookie sheet a heaping tablespoon of dough 1 1/2 inches cookies sheet on the middle shelf in oven, 10 min. for soft and chewy , or 12 min. for firm and crunchy.
