1 cup frozen cut green beans (or fresh, of course), cooked until just done
1 cup (1/2 can) kidney beans, drained & rinsed
juice of 1/4 lemon
drizzle of olive oil or melted Earth Balance
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dill (dried)
salt to taste
Toss everything together and eat it warm/hot. Add walnuts or almonds if you want something crunchy in there.
