Hello, tomorrow I am planning on starting to be very serious about becommming vegan. I've though about it before and even tried it, but I got fairly weak I guess. I dont know any vegans that I can ask for advice about what I should and shouldnt do, so I figured I would ask you guys. I'm a lil young, 16, and my dad is worried about my nutrition. I know there are a lot of young vegans, but im sure theyre doing it right. I would just like to know what vitamins that i might need, and where to buy them maybe. Sort of a vegan starter kit? This is going to be new for me, because since I stopped eating meat, I ate more dairy, and it's sort of making me sick!
