I was skeptical about these, but they came out quite nicely! The recipe is from the side of a package of Soy 7 Burger Mix.

1 box Soy7 Burger Mix
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
2 cups sweet and sour sauce
Prepare Burger Mix according to package directions. To this prepared mix add the ginger and red bell pepper; mix well. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Combine the onions and green bell pepper with the Burger Balls and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce. Continue backing for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with steamed rice. Serves 6.
Experience: I didn't have any red bell pepper, so I used all green, and I combined it with the mix before making the balls. Also didn't have 2 cups of sweet/sour sauce, so I added a little pineapple with juice from a can. It all came together quite well and was tasty. You could probably substitute any dry "burger" mix for thie recipe.
